Mike Ashley’s Sports Direct has resolved to buy a House of Fraser dialect store sequence for £90m.

Mr Ashley pronounced his devise was to spin a 59-store sequence in to a “Harrods of a High Street”.

While some stores did not open on time on Friday, initial problems with a website were resolved. There were reports, though, that present cards were not being accepted.
