APPLETON, Wis. – A military officer and a firefighter have been harmed in a sharpened in Appleton, Wisconsin, and several others have been taken to a hospital.
Appleton military Officer Meghan Cash says initial responders went to a downtown plcae following a call that someone indispensable medical assistance about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
It is not nonetheless transparent what happened after they arrived though Cash says there was a sharpened and a firefighter and officer were injured. She did not give their condition.
Cash says she does not know how many other people were harmed though several were taken to a internal hospital.
Asked if a think had been apprehended, Cash did not respond directly, though said: “There is no hazard to a community.”
Appleton is about 120 miles (193 kilometers) north of Milwaukee.
