A male was arrested after authorities contend he tossed cigarettes to an invalid work organisation putting adult flags on an Alabama highway on a Fourth of July.
Michael Brown, 39, of Centre, Ala., was requisitioned into a Cherokee County Jail Thursday on charges of compelling jail prohibited and dipsomaniac driving.
“He said, ‘I know they can’t have tobacco in a jail, though it is a Fourth of July,’’’ pronounced Cpl. Nick Vaughn of a Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, according to a Birmingham News. “Apparently he suspicion it would be a good idea.”
