Drummond also brings that mindset to a Mercantile, her restaurant/bakery/general store in Oklahoma, where she’s “constantly operative with chefs and bakers” on new ideas and tastes.

That said, she’s not rushing to rise any banana-based dishes in a nearby future. Despite this, however, she conceded and authorised one banana-inclusive plate during her recently non-stop ice cream parlor.
“We do offer a banana separate there,” she admits.
